The olive tree is cultivated between two hundred and five hundred meters: the varieties present are the Leccino, the oil mill, the moraiolo, the pendolino, the maurino and some autochthonous varieties. The olives, harvested by hand, are transferred during the day to the mill where they are processed by cold mechanical pressing. The oil thus produced is transported to the farm and then bottled. It is an oil with a green color, which can take on golden yellow shades over time. The taste is fruity green and ripe olive, accompanied by hints of almonds, artichoke and grass, with the evident presence of bitter and spicy notes (pizzichino oil).

“Villa Campestri” is the first Olive Oil Resort in the world.
