Sestaione, is the name of a stream in Tuscany, the main right tributary of the Lima, just over 10 kilometers long. Throughout its route, it flows within the municipality of Abetone Cutigliano, in the province of Pistoia. The river is famous for trout fishing and is crossed by the Highway 12 of Abetone and Brenner in the hamlet of Casotti-Ponte Sestaione, where there is the homonymous bridge from which the town takes its name. The spring is located under Lake Nero, also in the territory of the municipality of Abetone Cutigliano. The seepage of the lake into the ground originates the springs from which it originates.
