Frascole, a borderland. A few steps among the vineyards or in the small village of the company and the panorama changes completely, overlooking the Mugello
or the Valdisieve, with a look at the distant hills that surround Florence. Important archaeological findings testify to the cultivation of the vine on this land already at the time of the Etruscans and later Comana people.

Up here, between 300 and 500 meters, where the climatic characteristics of Chianti Rufina are extreme, craft wines are produced followed by the vineyard to the cellar to the bottle. Since 1992 the Lippi and Santoni families have been personally dedicated to the production of wine and oil in full respect of the landscape and nature. Organic, both wines and oil have been certified since 1999.
